Granville Township Overlay Zoning

The CED was established under Section 519.021(C) of the Ohio Revised Code. Five distinct subareas were established, encompassing a wide range of land uses. These ranged from charming small cottage businesses with a local ambiance to high-quality, campus-style research, development, and business facilities. The CED overlay aims to protect the character of the Township while planning for the growth the area will inevitably experience due to its attractive Central Ohio location.
